We, Weindel Logistic Service ( WLS ) are a family business specializing in copacking, warehousing and distribution.  We operate branches in Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. 
We pay attention to privacy. Our company policy is aimed at comprehensive protection of all personal data. We observe the principles of data processing in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR. Data is stored only for specified purposes, limited to what is necessary, up to date, only for a specific purpose of collection and processed with appropriate security.

Scope and purpose of the processing of personal data
As a matter of principle, we collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent that this is necessary for the performance of our contracts. After the contractual obligations have been fulfilled, we process this data only after consent has been given. When handling this data, we act in strict compliance with the relevant statutory data protection regulations and the following principles.

Personal data is processed to the extent that the data subject (hereinafter: data subject) has provided it in connection with the conclusion of a contract or other legal relationship with WLS Bruck/Leitha, or WLS Bruck/L. has otherwise collected and processed it in accordance with applicable law or in order to comply with the legal obligations of the controller.

WLS processes personal data manually, no natural person is subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have an effect on the natural person in law or in a similar way.

Sources of personal data
We process data directly from the natural person (contracts, orders, requests for services, negotiations, etc.) or from a legal entity - personal data from natural persons representing a legal entity.

The provision of logistics services by WLS requires in part the processing of the following personal data: 

• Personal, business and economic contact data (surname, first name, company, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number and / or fax number, bank details).
• Shipping contact data of carriers and recipients, their physical address, e-mail address and telephone number.
• Signature of the acknowledgement of receipt.
• Information that allows us to verify the identity of a person.
• Name, email address, and telephone number of a third party to the extent we are contractually requested to provide that person with information regarding a conveyance or other service.
• Certain transportation information is provided to authorities in transit or destination countries, such as for customs or tax reasons, or to conduct a security check. This transfer depends on the legal requirements in the transit or destination country.

Data deletion and storage period
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Blocking or deletion of data also takes place when a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

Rights of natural persons - personal data
Every data subject has the right to be informed about the processing of personal data. WLS has summarized this information in this "statement". If you do not find what you are looking for in this "Statement", please contact our company directly.

According to the Regulation, if the data subject is an identifiable natural person and proves his identity, he has the right of access, rectification, or erasure of personal data. The data subject has the right to be informed about the purpose of the processing, its scope or the duration of storage. At the same time, he or she has the right to have only accurate personal data processed that corresponds to reality, this also includes the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected, if the reason for which the personal data was processed has already passed, he or she has the right to have it deleted.

Right to object - the data subject may object at any time if he or she considers that the processing violates the law. If the objection is justified, WLS Bruck/L. will stop the processing.
Furthermore, he or she has the right to restrict processing if the data processed by the data subject is incorrect. WLS will then restrict processing for the period of time required to correct or complete the data.

WLS also restricts processing for as long as it considers whether the objection raised is justified.And it has the right to notification of a personal data breach, this right consists in the obligation of WLS to notify the data subject in accordance with the law if there is a personal data breach of the data subject.
